Data Science Group (Fachgruppe)

Welcome to the website of the Fachgruppe Data Science.
We were formed by students from the Bachelor and Master programme Applied Data Science and the Bachelor programme Mathematical Data Science and have been in existence since 2018. Our current spokesperson is Jannis Rowold.

In our meetings we discuss current topics and organise events like game nights.

Our meetings do not have a regular date, thus contact us via and you will get to know the date for our next meeting. Alternatively you can have a look in the event calendar and try to find the next one.

For students, who start studying Applied Data Science in winter semester 2022/2023, there is a whatsapp group and there will be an orientation week from 17 October to 21 October 2023. Further information can be found here.
